New Microlearning resources
The Commonwealth Procurement and Contract Management Microlearning Suite offers short, focused resources you can dip into when a task lands, a question pops up, or you want a fast refresher before a key step in your procurement or contract management activity.
New additions include:
- Choose the Procurement Method: This flow chart helps APS officials choose the right procurement method for non-construction procurements. It steps through key decision points, including estimated value, panel arrangements and policy requirements. Separate versions are available for non-corporate Commonwealth entities (NCEs) and prescribed corporate Commonwealth entities (CCEs), so you can use the one that fits your entity.
- Procurement Integrity Scenario: This scenario-based learning provides insights into common procurement challenges and prompts reflection. It highlights the importance of collaboration in supporting sound procurement practices and is relevant to all APS officials.
- Procurement-connected Policies at a Glance: This resource provides a quick reference to key procurement-connected policies, including when each policy applies, relevant value thresholds, core requirements, and where they are mandatory or encouraged.
- Procurement Records: This resource helps identify what procurement records to keep across the procurement lifecycle and why good recordkeeping supports probity, transparency, accountability, audit readiness and compliance.
Available to all APS staff via APSLearn – share it with your team ahead of a procurement activity or use it as a quick reset after.
