The Department of Finance is updating all guidance materials to reflect changes made to the Commonwealth Procurement Rules that take effect on 17 November 2025. Current guidance may not yet include these updates.

Sound contract management is essential to achieving value for money from procurements.  These guides contain information on managing a contract, as well as information that will assist agencies decide the need for, and the type of, assessment to be undertaken in determining a potential supplier’s financial viability.
