James is Director of ASPI’s Cyber, Technology and Security Program (CTS). In this role, James leads ASPI’s largest team to develop original, rigorous and data-driven research and policy recommendations to address emerging security challenges. This includes disinformation, economic coercion and other ‘grey zone’ activities.

Rebecca is currently addressing tax evasion using risk detection and compliance interventions. Rebecca has led work across data and analytics at the Australian Taxation Office, Prime Minister and Cabinet, and the Department of Health and Aged Care, and has represented Australia internationally on data and financial crime initiatives.

Brendan is currently driving a significant program of reform to both uphold the integrity of government payments and uplift the safety and quality of early education and care in Australia. Brendan has led large programs across social security, health, aged care, employment, veteran experience reform and a range of other policy areas.
