In addition to the update made on 5 January 2026, both the Flipchart and List have been updated to reflect the following change to current Commonwealth entities and companies for the PGPA Act:
Amendment Governance Characteristics of the National Reconstruction Fund Corporation
In the Industry, Science and Resources portfolio – the governance structure or characteristics of the National Reconstruction Fund Corporation was reclassified from “Small” to “Material”.
Abolition of the Australian National Preventive Health Agency (ANPHA) and commencement of the Australian Centre for Disease Control
On 1 January 2026, the non-corporate Commonwealth entity known as ANPHA was abolished by an amendment to Schedule 1 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 and by repeal of the Australian National Preventive Health Agency Act 2010. On the same day, the Australian Centre for Disease Control was established as a new non-corporate Commonwealth entity in the Health, Disability and Ageing portfolio by the Australian Centre for Disease Control Act 2025.
Further detail on this update is available in the Table of Changes for 2025-26. Here are the latest versions of the Flipchart and its associated List of Commonwealth entities and companies.
An excel version of the Flipchart is available on the Finance website.

Tip of the Month
Resource Management Guides (RMGs) use a digital‑first approach, removing the need for static PDF versions and ensuring you always access the most up‑to‑date information directly from the Finance website.
Each RMG web page includes a ‘printer’ icon in the top right‑hand corner, allowing you to print content or save it as a PDF.
To print or download an RMG:
- Click the printer icon on the top right‑hand corner of the RMG web page
- Select “Print entire document (for PDF‑ready version)” or “Print this page”
- Under Print Options (select ‘More settings’), choose Background Graphics for the best format.
The digital‑first approach enables real‑time updates, helping officials stay informed of the latest policy and legislative changes and reducing the risk of relying on outdated information under the PGPA Act and PGPA Rule.
The full suite of RMGs are available on the Finance website.
For questions or feedback on the print or download functionality, email PGPA@finance.gov.au.
