Regulating approved course providers, as well as assessing authorities that deliver skills assessments for the purpose of migration. The Skills Minister also has regulatory powers to impose conditions on an assessing authority’s approval, as well as revoke that approval. In addition, the Secretary has regulatory powers to impose conditions on VSL provider approvals and revoke that approval.
