Andrew Lalor, Acting National Data Commissioner, Office of the National Data Commissioner 

Andrew Lalor is the Acting National Data Commissioner at the Department of Finance, overseeing the Data Availability and Transparency Act scheme. He promotes safe, transparent, and efficient sharing of public sector data while strengthening public trust and supporting best-practice data governance. Andrew previously led cross-government data policy, digital engagement, and high-risk program assurance.

Andrew Pfeiffer PSM, Adviser, Behavioural Economics Team of the Australian Government (BETA), Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet 

Andrew Pfeiffer PSM is an adviser at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C) and a visionary advocate for the full participation of neurodivergent people in society. Andrew joined the APS as an ATO data graduate in 2016 and worked there as a data scientist. To broaden his experience, Andrew joined PM&C, where he has worked in various roles, including as an executive officer. Andrew enjoys improving government processes using his data expertise and systems thinking.

Nikita Ferguson, Senior Economist and Assistant Director, Department of Education 

Nikita Ferguson is a Senior Economist and Assistant Director at the Department of Education. She developed the Benefits of Educational Attainment Model (BEAM), which provides the evidence base for education reform. Her work focuses on advanced economic modelling and analysis to inform national policy and drive departmental strategy.
