Ruth Bayley draws on her substantial experience of government procurement to deliver practical advice that helps clients to undertake their procurement processes in ways that achieve results whilst also demonstrating compliance with the procurement policy and legislative framework. Ruth holds a PhD from QUT which examines the explanations given by corrupt public officials and suppliers for their corrupt behaviour in Australian public sector procurement processes.
