ICON Work Prioritisation Request

Use this form when you need your ICON work request completed sooner than the standard timeframe.

Most ICON work requests are processed in the order they arrive. You may request a higher priority under one of the two categories below.

Priority Categories

Category 1 – Urgent relocation

Choose this category if you need an urgent relocation, such as a change due to Machinery of Government (MoG) arrangements.

Category 2 – Work order prioritisation request

Choose this category when the completion date provided by the ICON Works Coordinator does not meet your immediate needs.
