That’s where the new Commonwealth Procurement and Contract Management Microlearning Suite comes in. The microlearning suite includes short, focused resources you can dip into when a task lands, a question pops up, or you want a fast refresher before a key step in your procurement or contract management activity. 

The first microlearning resource is available now, with more to follow. If you’re building capability over time, you can use the microlearning suite as a quick reference, to sense-check what to do next, build confidence in the moment, and keep good practice front of mind. 

It’s available to all APS staff via APSLearn – share it with your team ahead of a procurement activity or use it as a quick reset after.

The Commonwealth Procurement and Contract Management Training Suite Pathway makes it easy. It lays out a clear, step-by-step sequence of courses from the Training Suite to help you build strong foundations first, then grow your skills over time, whether you’re brand new to procurement, an occasional procurer, an experienced practitioner, or an SES delegate.

Use the pathway to plan your, or your team’s, learning with confidence. It’s a practical, self-directed guide you can come back to whenever your role changes or a new procurement challenge comes up.
