The Government Communications Campaign Arrangement (GCCA) is a mandatory whole-of-government arrangement for accessing approved suppliers to support the planning, development and delivery of Australian Government communications campaigns.
The GCCA provides a coordinated, whole-of-government approach to campaign development. Non-corporate Commonwealth entities subject to the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act) must use the GCCA where they have a need for external communication expertise, and the campaign is expected to be above the value of $500,000.
On 30 October 2026, the GCCA replaced the Government Communications Campaign Panel (GCCP) as the procurement mechanism for campaigns expected to be above the value of $500,000.
Further details on the GCCA including the suppliers listed on the arrangement can be found on AusTender.
All enquiries about the GCCA should be directed to the Communications Branch who administer the panel arrangement.
