Finance is continuing its national procurement and contract management capability-building program, with Contract Management in Practice courses heading to Hobart and Adelaide next month.
Building on the success of recent sessions in Darwin and Perth, the free, face-to-face training will be delivered alongside the popular Meet the Supplier events, giving APS officials an opportunity to strengthen their skills while connecting with colleagues.
Designed for APS staff involved in managing contracts, the course forms part of the Commonwealth Procurement and Contract Management Training Suite. It includes:
- Practical case studies and scenario-based simulations
- Guidance on making informed contract management decisions
- Opportunities to ask questions and learn from experienced trainers
- Peer connection and shared learning.
Whether you're new to contract management or looking to refresh your knowledge, these practical sessions will help build confidence and capability in managing Commonwealth contracts effectively.
