Nominations for the Commonwealth Awards for Excellence in Risk Management 2025 are now open.
The Commonwealth Awards for Excellence in Risk Management showcase the significance of risk management across the Commonwealth.
Nominating for these awards brings more than just recognition for the leading and proven risk management practices and initiatives that we undertake in our department.
These awards also help other Commonwealth entities learn from our innovative practices and systems. By sharing the design and delivery of our risk programs we can inspire and help others to identify opportunities and enhance their own risk maturity.
Nominations will open on Monday 21 July 2024 and go through to Monday 15 September 2025. Entities can enter in one or more of the following award categories:
- Enterprise-wide: for excellence in developing, implementing and/or embedding an entity’s risk management frameworks, practices and/or processes.
- Risk initiative: for excellence in risk management demonstrated by a specific program, project or service delivery initiative.
- Risk in focus – Responding to new and emerging risk: Share initiatives that demonstrate how entities consider managing and planning for one or more new or emerging risks.
