Regulating vaping goods (including e-cigarettes)

The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) is responsible for regulating the manufacture, import, supply, possession and advertising of vaping goods. The TGA is also responsible for enforcing the law in relation to unlawful vaping goods.
