Greenhouse & Energy Minimum Standards Regulator

Regulator function

Administers the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards Act 2012, including through maintaining the GEMS Register, monitoring and enforcing compliance, and receiving and assessing product registration applications. The GEMS Regulator can also assist in the development of GEMS determinations.
