As super-users with HireRoad’s eRecruit product (formerly Acendre) for over 18 years, we have configured and delivered hundreds of processes within many departments’ eRecruit instances, as well as other systems such as SuccessFactors and PageUp.
Our deep understanding of the APS comes from partnering with almost every Federal Government department and agency for bulk / volume and entry-level recruitment.
In FY23 our Graduate & Project team screened over 120,000 applications; conducted over 200,000 skills and psychometric assessments; facilitated 25,000 video interviews; provided assessors and scribes at over 300 days of interviews and assessment centres; and placed 40,000 candidates into merit pools for our Federal Government customers.
Since 2018 we have formalised our commitment to reconciliation and providing employment opportunities for First Australians through a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). We strongly advocate for diversity candidates, prioritising candidate care and transparency throughout our processes.
