The Parenting Research Centre is a national, independent and non-profit research and development organisation established in 1997. We seek better outcomes for children by increasing effectiveness and fostering innovation in the way families are supported in their parenting.
The Centre partners with clients in the health, education, disability and welfare sectors to deliver tailored solutions based on the best available evidence. We design, adapt, implement and evaluate approaches to parenting support. We believe that science can make a difference in the everyday lives of families when it is translated effectively into useable information, policy, and professional practice.
