Jacinta Galluzzo Consulting provides independent analysis and professional advice to government clients to inform and support policy development, implementation and review and otherwise support departments and agencies to achieve business objectives. Services include:

• Reviewing and analysing legislation and policies to provide strategic advice on reform options, implementation requirements and strategies, and possible improvements to compliance outcomes under key pieces of Commonwealth legislation.
• Undertaking research to identify and define policy/regulatory problems and scope options to address them, preparing reports outlining findings and recommendations.
• Analysing legal and regulatory frameworks to inform policy development and implementation.
• Advising on stakeholder engagement strategies to support policy development, implementation and review and designing and facilitating stakeholder engagement processes.

Founder Jacinta Galluzzo has extensive expertise advising ministers, senior officials and government departments and agencies on complex public policy and regulatory reform issues, developed during her 17-year career in the Australian Public Service where as an SES officer she led multi-stakeholder and cross-jurisdictional projects to deliver nationally-significant reforms. Jacinta is an experienced public policy practitioner able to apply highly-developed critical and analytical thinking to assess complex policy and project problems and present clear, concise and fit-for-purpose analysis and advice to clients to facilitate decision-making to achieve results.
