Griffin Legal (GL)’s advisory government team are leaders in privacy, probity and procurement and policy development and analysis.
GL are a Canberra based, nationally operating small-to-medium enterprise and are 100% female owned.
GL have significant experience advising Commonwealth Government Departments in relation to their privacy obligations and practices under the Privacy Act. We have conducted numerous Privacy Impact Assessments and provided complex privacy advice for various Departments. GL personnel are considered experts in privacy and data security and are routinely engaged for our privacy expertise. This experience allows us to be a trusted advisor with a thorough and working knowledge of the complexities faced by the Commonwealth.
GL are well versed in the Commonwealth policies and legislation. Our team provide comprehensive and practical advice, including managing conflicts of interest, as part of delivering our probity and procurement services. GL has developed key documents which we regularly use when engaged to provide probity advisory services for our numerous government clients, including briefing packs, probity plans, probity registers, evaluation plans and communication plans.
