Our probity plans cover pre-procurement activities from market sounding, estimates, procurement planning, risk identification, confidentiality controls establishment, conflict of interest management including all the other decision-making steps throughout the procurement, commercial arrangement, and/or grant funding lifecycle. Extensively experienced in Alliance & ECI Contracts, D&C, AS 2124 & AS 4000, Direct Negotiations, BAFO, etc. in any field or industry.
