Levant Consulting is an employee-owned business focused on helping our clients deliver better organisational change and transformation.  We partner with our clients to ensure the critical elements for complex and technology-driven change are in place. Whether that’s a precursor to change (i.e., leadership alignment, operating model, and organisational design) or in support of technology implementation (i.e., stakeholder-centric change management).

Our team of consultants, based in Sydney, Melbourne, and Canberra, work differently than other consultancies.  And that’s by design.  First and foremost, our focus is to deliver our clients great outcomes, not just a great report or lengthy pack of materials. Our small and nimble teams work side-by-side with your people to co-identify, co-build, co-implement and co-sustain the change.  We do this because we know that collaboration provides the best chance of success when it comes to complex change.  

We believe our size, focus on outcomes and determination to build capability in the teams we partner with is a key enabler for our clients.  It’s another reason we don’t have an army of consultants to throw at a problem or take it ‘offline’ to work on it in the dark.
