Standardised codes used to document the reason a fare is selected where it is not the cheapest available fare.
Cheapest fare
The lowest‑priced fare available within the applicable time window for the required itinerary, as determined by the booking system.
Delegate
An official who has been given statutory authority, by an instrument of delegation, to make particular decisions or perform particular functions. A delegate is constrained by any limitations expressed in the delegation instrument.
Loyalty reward points
Points associated with airline, accommodation or vehicle rental loyalty programs that must not be accrued, selected or retained as a result of official travel.
Loyalty status credits
Credits earned through airline loyalty programs that may be accrued through official travel with panel airlines but must not be influenced by promotional offers or personal preference.
Official travel
