Finance’s 2024–25 Annual Report is now available and provides an overview of our achievements, financial position and performance for 2024–25.

The year in focus section provides an overview of some of our key achievements, including:

  • Support for the 2025 Federal Election
  • 2025–26 Budget and 2025 Pre-Election Economic and Fiscal Outlook
  • Landmark electoral reforms to safeguard electoral integrity
  • Action to embed integrity reforms across the Commonwealth

In the year ahead, our priorities remain focused on providing the high-quality services, programs and advice the Government, our ministers and our Australian Public Service (APS) colleagues rely on. A key focus is contributing to a coordinated approach to accelerate the use of artificial intelligence in the APS.

Thank you to all our staff, portfolio entities and partners across the APS who have contributed to Finance’s achievements over the past year.
