Relevant Agency Receipts - FMA Regulations 15 and 16


The purpose of this Circular is to provide guidance on FMA Regulations 15 and 16 of the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997 (FMA Regulations 15 and 16), which prescribe the types of receipts (known as Relevant Agency Receipts) that agencies may retain. This Circular is relevant to officials responsible for the management of departmental appropriations and receipts under section 31 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.

This Circular replaces Finance Circular 2006/04 - Net appropriation agreements (Section 31 Agreements).
