Delivery via hubs
Shared services provider hubs are centralised units that deliver common services to agencies, driving efficiencies across the APS through increased scale and the adoption of best-practice approaches.
Shared services hubs are located in:
- Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade
- Department of Home Affairs
- Department of Industry, Science, and Resources
- Service Delivery Office (part of the Department of Finance)
- Services Australia
Shared services provider hubs currently deliver corporate services to around 30 Commonwealth entities.
