Shared Services Delivery

Delivery via hubs

Shared services provider hubs are centralised units that deliver common services to agencies, driving efficiencies across the APS through increased scale and the adoption of best-practice approaches.

Shared services hubs are located in:

  • Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade
  • Department of Home Affairs
  • Department of Industry, Science, and Resources
  • Service Delivery Office (part of the Department of Finance)
  • Services Australia

Shared services provider hubs currently deliver corporate services to around 30 Commonwealth entities.
