The Department of Finance administers the GovERP Complementary (Edge) Capabilities panel. The arrangement consists of a panel of suitably qualified suppliers that can be used by shared services provider hubs to offer functionality to client entities that have on-boarded to the GovERP platform. However, all Australian Government Non-corporate Commonwealth entities (NCCEs) and Corporate Commonwealth Entities (CCEs) are able to access this panel.
Joining the arrangement
All organisations seeking to access this panel should contact the edge panel team in the first instance to ensure they meet the requirements under the Policy on Access to Shared Services Edge Capability Panel.
Contract Management System Capability
- Capgemini Australia Pty Limited (based on the SAP Fieldglass solution)
- Ernst & Young (based on the SAP Fieldglass solution)
Additional capabilities are expected to be added to this panel over the coming weeks.
The Australian Government Shared Services Program aims to consolidate, standardise and automate the delivery of core transactional corporate services across NCCEs, and CCEs who choose to opt-in to Shared Services arrangements.
The GovERP platform will deliver the common ICT systems. The core is being built on a SAP S/4HANA ERP (GovERP) platform. The core will include financial management, human resource management, procurement and contracting capabilities. It will be supplemented by a number of complementary (Edge) capabilities. Finance is establishing a panel of one or more suitably qualified suppliers capable of providing complementary GovERP Edge Capabilities. This range of products complete the functionality necessary to meet the Commonwealth’s needs and will complement the GovERP Core System.
When did the GovERP Complementary (Edge) Capabilities Panel commence?
The Department of Finance established the GovERP Complementary (Edge) Capabilities Panel on 10 June 2021.
