On Monday and Tuesday, 15 and 16 February 2016, 39 fresh faced and excited new ICT graduates from 12 different government agencies participated in an interactive and information induction program, delivered by the ICT Skills Team, Department of Finance, in conjunction with the University of Canberra (UC) Faculty of Business, Government & Law.

Over the two days, the graduates heard from a variety of engaging guest speakers, who provided the cohort with information that will assist their transition from university into full time work within the Australian Government.

The graduates will work full time in their government agencies while studying a Graduate Certificate in Government Informatics through UC, as well as participating in a variety of networking and training events to enhance their careers during their graduate year.
