Finance has released a draft Expression of Interest for the new Parliamentary Expenses Management System for comment

Hi all,

Following some movements in the Department of Finance, I will be taking over as the Australian Government Procurement Coordinator.

I am looking forward to taking on this new role and engaging with you to improve knowledge of Australian Government procurement and address any issues you would like to raise.

I would also like to thank John Sheridan, who has achieved a tremendous amount in his almost five years as Procurement Coordinator, and wish him well in his new position within the Department of Finance.

Hi all,

Thank you to those who attended the ERP SaaS Panel briefing on Friday 7 July 2017 FIN/006/17/NOTICE.

Here is the presentation that was used at the briefing:

The next activity is a Market Day, which is scheduled for 26 and 27 July 2017.

Hi all,

Finance is tasked with building a new PEMS. In response to the report of the Review Committee: An Indpendent Parliamentary Entitlements System, the new system will transform the systems used currently by Ministerial and Parliamentary Services (M&PS) and the Independent Parliamentary Expenses Authority (IPEA) in their role of administering and delivering work expenses for parliamentarians and their staff.

As part of our ongoing work in shared services, Finance is today releasing a Position Paper on its indicative strategy for establishing a whole of Australian Government Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Panel.
