Strategic Review of Administration of Australian Government Grant Programs

The Strategic Review of Administration of Australian Government Grant Programs (Grants Review) was undertaken in two parts.

The First Report by Mr Peter Grant PSM, examined the adequacy of grants administrative processes and made recommendations for improving the policy framework for grants administration.

The Second Report by Dr Joanne Kelly, assessed the merits of discretionary grants as a mechanism for delivering Government policy.
