Chart 1: Total Staffing Allocations during 2007–2008
Chart 1 shows the total number of staffing allocations at the following points in time: on 1 July 2007 the total staffing allocation was 1526.7; on 1 November 2007 the total staffing allocation was 1530.9; on 1 January 2008 the total staffing allocation was 1369; and on 1 June 2008 the total staffing allocation was 1374.

Chart 2: Personal and Electorate Office Employee Staffing Allocations during 2007–2008
Chart 2 shows the breakdown of total staffing allocations at various points in time during 2007 - 2008. On 1 July 2007 the total Electorate Employee staffing allocation was 921; the total Government Personal Employee staffing allocation was 473.7; the total Opposition Personal Employee staffing allocation was 100; and the total Other Personal Employee staffing allocation was 32.
On 1 November 2007 the total Electorate Employee staffing allocation was 922; the total Government Personal Employee staffing allocation was 476.9; the total Opposition Personal Employee staffing allocation was100; and the total Other Personal Employee staffing allocation was 32.
On 1 January 2008 the total Electorate Employee staffing allocation was 920; the total Government Personal Employee staffing allocation was 334; the total Opposition Personal Employee staffing allocation was70; and the total Other Personal Employee staffing allocation was 45.
On 1 June 2008 the total Electorate Employee staffing allocation was 924; the total Government Personal Employee staffing allocation was 334; the total Opposition Personal Employee staffing allocation was 70; and the total Other Personal Employee staffing allocation was 46.
