Professional Development Program
During 2007–08, the Department of Finance and Deregulation facilitated a continued commitment to the ongoing learning and professional development of MOP(S) Act employees through the Professional Development Program (PDP).
The PDP was suspended in the latter part of 2007 due to the 2007 Federal election, however commencing in 2008, 11 tailored courses and information sessions were delivered to 88 MOP(S) Act employees in Canberra and state capitals (excluding Darwin). Training courses included induction and office management sessions.
