Abstract
The Assurance Review Process – Lessons Learned (Fourth Edition) has been released to present the lessons learned on project management since the implementation of the Australian Government’s Assurance Review Process. Lessons learned are defined as observations arising from reviews which highlight opportunities for improvement. This publication is intended to assist agencies to better identify opportunities for improving their Benefits Realisation Management practices, and to promulgate the lessons learned and evidence of better practices observed from Assurance Reviews.
