Section 32 of the FMA Act – Transfer of Agency Functions

Purpose

This Circular provides advice to agencies subject to the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 (FMA Act) on how annual appropriations (departmental and administered) can be transferred between agencies following a transfer of functions arising from machinery of government (MOG) changes, for example, changes to the Administrative Arrangements Order (AAO).
