Australian Government Competitive Neutrality Guidelines for Managers
Purpose
This Circular announces the publication of revised Australian Government Competitive Neutrality Guidelines for Managers (Financial Management Guidance No. 9).
Competitive Neutrality (CN) applies to the significant business activities of entities subject to the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 and Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997.
