Chapter 4: Outcome 2—Improved and More Efficient Government Operations

Asset Management Group (AMG) is the major contributor to the Department of Finance and Administration's (Finance) Outcome 2. Corporate Group also contributes to this outcome through its management of the Australian Government Fleet Monitoring Body. Outcome 2 is focused on continuous improvement to government operations through the delivery of two key outputs involving:

• asset management; and
• business services.
