Major Office Machines Whole of Government Panels

Managed Print Services Panel

On 20 June 2011, the Department of Finance established a Major Office Machines Whole of Government Managed Print Services Panel.

Managed Print Services (MPS) Panellists provide MOMs services on a “per impression” fee basis to meet an agency’s operational needs. The MPS covers the deployment and maintaining of equipment (owned by the Panellist) and consumables to produce an agreed quality of MOMs services (availability etc.) for an entity.

The Managed Print Services Panellists are:

  • CSG Enterprise Print Services Pty Ltd;
  • Canon Australia Pty Ltd;
  • Konica Minolta Business Solutions Australia Pty Ltd; and
  • Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd.

Equipment and Support Panel

On 19 April 2011, the Department of Finance established a Major Office Machines Whole of Government Equipment and Support Panel.

This panel is suitable for entities that wish to procure equipment either through lease or purchase.

The MOMs arrangements cover three categories of equipment and support including maintenance and consumables (excluding paper):

  • Category 1 - Network Printers;
  • Category 2 - Multi-function Devices; and
  • Category 3 - Scanners.

The successful Panellists by category are:

  • Category 1, 2 and 3:
    • Fuji Xerox Australia Pty Ltd.
  • Category 1 and 2:
    • Konica Minolta Business Solutions Australia Pty Ltd;
    • Kyocera Document Solutions Australia Pty Ltd; and
    • Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd.
  • Category 1 only:
    • Lexmark International (Australia) Pty Limited;
  • Category 2 only:
    • Sharp Corporation of Australia Pty Limited.

Use of the Major Office Machines Panels is mandatory for all Non-Corporate Commonwealth Entities subject to the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act.
