Stationery and Office Supplies Panel Arrangement
The Whole of Government Stationery and Office Supplies (SOS) Panel Arrangement commenced on 7 March 2012 with the execution of Head Agreements between Finance and three (3) Panellists being:
- Complete Office Supplies Pty Ltd;
- Staples Australia Pty Limited; and
- OfficeMax Australia Limited.
The Panel Arrangement has been established for an initial period of three (3) years with two (2) extension options of one (1) year each, which may be exercised at the discretion of Finance.
Use of the SOS Panel Arrangement is mandatory for all Non-Corporate Commonwealth Entities (NCCEs) subject to the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act).
Corporate Commonwealth Entities (CCEs) can opt in at any time during the life of the arrangement.
