COAG RIA Guidance Material
The Council of Australian Governments (COAG) endorsed Best Practice Regulation: A Guide for Ministerial Councils and National Standard Setting Bodies, released in October 2007, as the latest regulatory impact analysis (RIA) requirements for proposals for national regulation to be considered by COAG, Ministerial Council or inter-governmental standard-setting bodies.
