Relevant Agency Receipts
Under section 31 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act (FMA Act), agencies may increase their most recent departmental item with Relevant Agency Receipts as prescribed by the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations (FMA Regulations) 15.

Schemes determined under subregulation 15(3) Item 3
Under the FMA Regulations, subregulation 15(3), Item 3 of the table, agencies can retain amounts received in relation to the operation of a scheme determined in writing by the Finance Minister. The following schemes were determined prior to 1 January 2011, under the previous subregulation 15(5)(e), and remain valid.
