About: These requirements primarily provide guidance to agencies on the information to be included in Annual Reports, however, they also include material on production and distribution.
Status: Mandatory. Requirements approved by the Joint Committee of Public Accounts and Audit under subsections 63(2) and 70(2) of the Public Service Act 1999. Applies to Departments of State and Executive Agencies. As a matter of policy the requirements also apply to prescribed agencies under section 5 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 (FMA Act).
