'Inspiring agencies to excel and achieve'

The Excellence in e-Government Award, the e-Award, was introduced in 2006 by the Australian Government to promote excellence in the use of ICT in Australia in all spheres of government. The e-Award is administered by the Australian Government Information Management Office (AGIMO).
The primary focus of the e-Award is the promotion of excellence in the use of ICT by government. Each year AGIMO publishes case studies showcasing the initiatives that were selected as finalists in that year. This publication helps in the recognition and promotion of the innovative work being undertaken across all spheres of government.
