The Department of Finance and Deregulation, through the Australian Government Information Management Office (AGIMO), facilitates information sharing and improved access to government information and services through a range of e-government initiatives in collaboration with Australian Government agencies.

Collaborative Government Suite
This link provides a detailed list of collaborative products, including tools, frameworks and strategies to encourage and enable collaboration across the Australian Government.
National Collaboration Framework (NCF)
The NCF is the preferred agreement-making mechanism within, and across jurisdictions. This site has background information on the NCF as well as a set of specific and downloadable tools (e.g. a collaborative head agreement template).
eGovernment Awards
A range of awards relating to aspects of eGovernment have been established in Australia and overseas.
Better Practice Checklists & Guides
The Better Practice Checklists and Guides have been created to help executives, business managers, web managers and others improve their understanding of a range of issues associated with the provision of services online.
eGovernment Events & Seminars
Seminars, information forums and other events are held regularly for government staff responsible for online service delivery.
eGovernment Case Studies
Case studies of the finalists of the Australian Government e-Award are published annually and provide an insight into the award-winning initiatives from all levels of government.
Communities of Practice and Email Discussion Lists
The Communities of Practice and email Discussion Lists have been decommissioned. A number of alternative web 2.0 community-based options are available for groups with shared fields of interest.
