Nominations for 2010 ICT Professional of the Year are open until Thursday 1 April 2010:
As one of a suite of recommendations aimed at enhancing the management of the Australian Public Service (APS) ICT skills base, the Review of the Australian Government’s use of Information and Communication Technology recommended the sponsorship of annual awards to recognise outstanding professionalism by a team or an individual working in the Information and Communications Technology in the Australian Federal Public Service arena. The primary focus of this award will be the recognition of outstanding achievement by a team or an individual in any ICT discipline:

Nominations for 2010 Project Specific Awards now closed
The Excellence in e-Government Awards (the Awards), were introduced in 2006 by the Australian Government to promote excellence in the use of information and communications technology (ICT) in all spheres of government across Australia. The primary focus of the Awards is the promotion of excellence in the use of ICT by government.
The Judging process is now underway. Finalists will be announced on Wednesday 28 April 2010 and the Awards will be presented at an ICT Celebration Dinner to be held at CeBIT Australia at Darling Harbour, Sydney on Tuesday 25 May 2010.
