Entry Assessments Project Team, Department of Immigration and Citizenship
The delivery of an integrated online forms solution by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship’s Entry Assessments Project Team has led to significantly more streamlined processes for the receipt and transmission of data collected in remote locations. The move from a paper-based system to an online solution has resulted in significant savings as well as efficiencies and timely availability of data. As a result of the team’s work, data is now available for analysis and use in stakeholder briefings as soon as it is submitted to the database. The team’s collaboration and coordination skills were testament to the successful delivery of this project.
