Comcover Insurance Policy
The Comcover Insurance Policy provides broad insurance coverage for Australian Government agencies. Comcover continues to offer Fund Members highly competitive rates on insurance cover, and ensures that insurance policy wordings are presented in a plain English style, when compared to insurance policy wordings in the commercial insurance market.
The Comcover Insurance Policy 2008/2009 will take effect from 1 July 2008.

Parts 1 and 3 are not to be used to interpret Part 2 or the Schedule of Cover.
To the extent that there is any inconsistency between Parts 1, 2 and 3, Part 2 prevails.
