Central Budget Management System (CBMS) Redevelopment
The Project is now moving into Design Stage. This stage is a significant piece of work for the project. The outcome of the design will determine the final solution. It will provide assurance to all stakeholders that the business requirements and processes can be effectively mapped and described in a design that accords with the SAP methodology.
This stage involves intensive stakeholder involvement. Finance has liaised with Agencies to identify contacts to participate in the Projects Design Teams. These teams will provide input into the development of the Design Solution.
