ICT procurement panels on the move

Author:
John Sheridan - CIO & CISO

Effective 1 May 2017, the following whole of government, ICT coordinated procurement arrangements and panels will be moving from the Department of Finance to the Digital Transformation Agency:

  • Cloud Services Panel
  • Data Centre Facilities Panel
  • Data Centre Facilities Supplies Panel
  • ICT Hardware and Associated Services Panel
  • Internet Based Connection Services Panel
  • Microsoft Volume Sourcing Arrangement (including the Large Account Reseller Agreement)
  • Mobile Panel
  • Telecommunications Services Panel

This is to complete the amendment of 27 October 2016 to the Administrative Arrangements Order, which transferred a number of functions, including ICT procurement policy and services, from the Department of Finance to the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all suppliers and agencies for their participation in the Commonwealth’s whole of government panel arrangements to date.

If you have questions regarding these arrangements please contact Mr Peter Alexander, First Assistant Secretary, Projects, Procurement and Assurance in the Digital Transformation Agency at ictprocurement@dta.gov.au

Regards

John
