Finance has released for comment a draft MMA Services Deed (which includes the Statement of Requirement) that may form part of an open approach to market to establish a new MMA Services Arrangement for the Australian Government.

On Monday 21 August I released the PEMS EOI for your response by Friday 15 September 2017.

This is the fourth addendum to the EOI.

Question 1:

Commitment 4.3 of the Open Government National Action Plan was to undertake a review of Australia’s existing compliance with the Open Contracting Data Standard (OCDS), publish the review and receive public comment before implementing any agreed measures to increase Australia’s compliance.

A response to a clarification question was provided in Addenda 01 to the EOI on Wednesday 30 August.  This week, we’ve received the following further requests for clarification:   

 

Question 1:

  • Can you please provide breakdown of estimated 3000 users for each of groups identified (Users, Administrators, Industry)?

  • Can you please provide estimated number of expenses processed per year?

On Friday 11 August, I released a draft PEMS EOI and invited your comment on the suitability of the content and format.  Thank you for your responses. 

Attached is a summary of the comments you’ve sent through.    

The EOI has been updated in response to your comments and I’m releasing the final version today on this blog and via Austender.

The EOI is part of a sequence of activities to achieve solution advice and tender quality pricing to inform the second pass business case.
