From 1 July 2014, Mitchell & Partners Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 44 123 609 629) undertook the planning and placement of the Commonwealth Government’s advertising replacing the previous master media agencies for campaign advertising (Universal McCann) and non-campaign advertising (Adcorp Australia).

On 1 July 2015, Mitchell & Partners Australia Pty Ltd announced its rebranding to ‘Dentsu Mitchell Media Australia Pty Ltd’, whilst retaining Adcorp Australia Ltd (Adcorp) as its subcontractor for the delivery of non-campaign advertising.

On 23 September 2016, Dentsu Mitchell announced that it would deliver all advertising services for recruitment, public notices and tenders notices for the Australian Government and its associated entities, rather than Adcorp. 

Transition Out Process

The transition of non-campaign advertising services from Adcorp to Dentsu Mitchell has been completed. Adcorp ceased delivering advertising services on Friday 7 October 2016.

Providing Feedback

At times Customers may feel a need to provide feedback to Dentsu Mitchell, which can take the form of either reporting a problem or acknowledging excellent work. Giving feedback can be awkward for some, so Dentsu Mitchell and Finance have developed a feedback process, which can be used in addition, or as an alternative, to any direct communications.

Customers can now provide feedback via a web form contained within Finance's WoAG Advertising Arrangement webpage. If you wish to provide feedback simply go to WoAG Advertising, click on 'Customer Feedback' and complete the form that will appear. When you press 'Submit', the form will be emailed to Dentsu Mitchell's Commercial Contract Manager, with copies to Finance and you, the Customer. Dentsu Mitchell will initially email you advising anticipated response times, before providing a full response.

Dentsu Mitchell and Finance review your feedback (whether received through this process or other means) on a monthly basis to identify systemic issues and opportunities for improvement.
