Step 3: Assessment Centre
Based on your results from the online test, you may be invited to participate in an Assessment Centre. These Assessment Centres are conducted in Canberra. If you are located in another state, Finance will arrange for your flights to Canberra for the day.
This gives you a chance to see where you could be working, get a feel for Canberra and attend a networking lunch for you to meet current Graduates and Executives from across the department. Assessments include:
- Group exercise
- Written exercise
Step 4: Offer of employment
Based on the results from all assessments we then determine who we will offer a position on the Program.
