Working at Finance
Finance employees who were engaged prior to 14 January 2008 are employed under an Australian Workplace Agreement (AWA) framework.
Until a new employment framework is implemented, transitional arrangements are in place for new starters with Finance. New employees who are engaged after 14 January 2008 are employed under the Department of Finance and Administration Certified Agreement 1997-1999 (supplemented by a sub-section 24(1) determination under the Public Service Act 1999).
