Finance’s employment instruments are:

Salary on commencement is set at the minimum pay point in the salary range for the classification, but higher salaries may be appropriate in some circumstances.
Finance’s extensive leave conditions include Annual Leave (with the option to purchase additional weeks), Personal Leave (incorporating sick and carer’s leave), generous paid Parental Leave (maternity, supporting partner, adoption) after a qualifying period, Long Service Leave and a range of other leave (e.g. for Defence Reserves).
