Terms and Conditions
Finance’s employment instruments are:
- the Department of Finance and Deregulation Collective Agreement 2009-2011 (CA) [
569 KB] for non-SES employees excluding COMCAR drivers; - the COMCAR Drivers’ Collective Agreement 2009-2011 for COMCAR drivers only; and
- individual s24/1 Determination for SES.
Salary on commencement is set at the minimum pay point in the salary range for the classification, but higher salaries may be appropriate in some circumstances.
Finance’s extensive leave conditions include Annual Leave (with the option to purchase additional weeks), Personal Leave (incorporating sick and carer’s leave), generous paid Parental Leave (maternity, supporting partner, adoption) after a qualifying period, Long Service Leave and a range of other leave (e.g. for Defence Reserves).
